Add a variety of accessories and rig-mounting options to your Sony FX6 cinema camera with this Pro Kit from SmallRig. The kit includes a 2-piece top plate, a 15mm baseplate, a quick release camera plate, a dovetail plate, two 12" carbon fiber 15mm rods, and an LCD mount adapter.
The two-piece top plate mounts around the camera's top handle and provides multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 ARRI-style accessory threads. The included LCD adapter mounts onto the top plate and provides an alternate, articulating location for the camera's LCD.
The camera mounts onto the quick release plate that mounts the camera onto the 15mm LWS baseplate. The baseplate then mounts onto the 8" long ARRI-style dovetail plate that provides a standard dovetail with safety catches at the ends, 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads, and multiple through-slots. The included 12" long carbon fiber rods insert into the baseplate's 15mm LWS rod ports to facilitate rod-mounted accessories.
SmallRig ARRI-Style Dovetail Plate (8")
Use the 8" ARRI-Style Dovetail Plate from SmallRig with a separately available ARRI-style sliding baseplate to balance your camera rig and to support accessories. The aluminum plate measures 8" in length and features multiple through-slots to make balancing easier while keeping it lightweight.
The plate features safety pins on each end to prevent it from sliding out of a baseplate. It also features both 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threads for mounting on a tripod quick release plate, a cage, or other rig. Four 1/4"-20 screws and an Allen wrench are included.
SmallRig Top Plate for Sony FX6
Add accessories to the top of your Sony FX6 camera using this Top Plate from SmallRig. The two-piece aluminum top plate installs on top of the FX6 using the four included screws and fits on either side of the camera's original top handle, so you don't have to remove it for installation.
The cheese-style plate features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads, as well as 3/8"-16 ARRI-style anti-twist mounts all around the plate to add a variety of accessories such as extension arms, a monitor mount, an EVF mount, 15mm rod clamps, or other gear. There is also one Sony LCD monitor adapter mount on top.

Free up space on your Sony PXW-FS5 top handle by installing this aluminum Mounting 15mm Rod Clamp Adapter from SmallRig. The adapter attaches to the camera's top handle with a 1/4"-20 thumbscrew and provides a 15mm rod so you can relocate the LCD screen and free up space to add additional accessories onto the main handle.
You can also remove the M12 screw on the end of the 15mm rod and extend the adapter further with a separately available extension. There is enough room on the FS5 top handle to install up to three adapters simultaneously to maximize your accessory space.

This 15mm Carbon Fiber Rod Set from SmallRig lets you attach 15mm rod-mounted accessories to your rig. These carbon fiber rods are 12" in length and, with the appropriate baseplate, will conform to the 15mm LWS rod standard for accessory mounting. The carbon fiber construction keeps these rods lightweight, while allowing them to maintain the rigidity necessary for accessory support.
