Designed for up to 8K cine-style image capture, the 21mm T1.5 Cine Lens from IRIX produces a distortion-free, wider-angle look that is compatible with sensor sizes up to full-frame 35mm. External features include a 95mm front diameter, 0.8 MOD gears, luminous focus marks in feet, and a detachable 1/4"-20 support foot. Internally, 11 blades produce smooth, rounded bokeh, and four seals protect against inclement weather and dust. A fast T1.5 maximum aperture enables the IRIX 21mm T1.5 Cine Lens to capture images in low light conditions without the need for super-high ISO settings.

This lightweight, aluminum/magnesium alloy lens produces smooth, rounded bokeh, color, and contrast that matches the T1.5 30 and 45mm primes in the IRIX Cine series. An adaptive focus ring delivers smooth focusing whether used manually or with a lens motor.

Magnetic Mount System
All the IRIX Cine lenses have a Magnetic Mount System (MMS) compatible with the separately available IRIX Edge MMS filters and IRIX MMS lens hood. The IRIX Edge magnetic filters have a unique threadless design, so you can be sure that everything stays clean and ready for action. The MMS filters can be stacked together, enabling you to not only freely combine them but to save space when stored. All the IRIX Edge MMS filters are made of hardened optical glass (SR) with a multilayer, antireflective nano-coating that makes them easy to clean.

The aluminum-magnesium alloy construction makes the lens housing weight only 2.4 to 2.6 lb, depending on the mount. It has a front external diameter of 95mm to fit most matte boxes and accessories, an 86mm filter thread, and a front Magnetic Mount System (MMS) for rapid filter and hood replacement.
Improved Lens Cover
The previous lens cover didn't allow leaving the lens standing on a surface, so the improved cover has a flat top and slides on the lens. Thanks to this redesign, you can now leave the lens upside down on a table and not worry about it wobbling.

IRIX 45mm T1.5 Cine Lens

Designed for up to 8K cine-style image capture and covering up to full-frame size sensors, the 45mm T1.5 Cine Lens from IRIX incorporates multiple internal and external design features. This 45mm mid-range lens has a field of view of 51.4°, depending on your camera's sensor. External features include a 95mm front diameter, 0.8 MOD gears, luminous focus marks in feet, and a detachable 1/4"-20 support foot.

Internally, nine blades produce smooth, rounded bokeh for natural-looking out-of-focus highlights. To help eliminate aberrations and distortion, the IRIX 45mm T1.5 Cine Lens is constructed with 11 optical elements in 9 groups, including three HRI (high refractive index) and two ED (extra-low dispersion) elements. A Multi-Start Thread focusing mechanism delivers quiet, precise focusing even in wet or humid conditions or in extreme temperatures. This lens has 180° of focus and 75° of iris rotation, an 86mm front filter thread, and front and rear caps. Four seals protect against inclement weather and dust.

This Edge MMS UV SR Filter from IRIX is designed and dedicated to IRIX cine lenses. The filter features a fast and threadless magnetic mount system, and its thin profile allows for filter stacking with other IRIX filters. The filter has no effect on color rendition and accurately reflects the colors you see during recording. It also provides excellent contrast and sharpness thanks to its multi-layer, anti-reflective coatings on both sides of the filter. IRIX Edge MMS CPL SR Magnetic Filter

This Edge MMS CPL SR Magnetic Filter from IRIX is designed and dedicated to IRIX cine lenses. The filter features a fast and threadless magnetic mount system, and its thin profile allows for filter stacking with other IRIX filters. This circular polarizer increases the transparency of the water and glass, saturates the sky with a deep blue color, and gets rid of reflections on shiny surfaces. The smooth adjustment of the polarization degree is made possible by rotating the filter on the magnetic mount.
