Capture images and video in the pool, the surf, or deep below the surface with this Ikelite 200DLM/A Underwater Housing for Canon EOS M50 & M50 Mark II mirrorless digital cameras. Large, ergonomic mechanical controls provide access to virtually all camera functions.
Built for durability, the housing is made in the USA from corrosion-resistant polycarbonate. It ships without a required lens port and is compatible with a series of interchangeable ports for various lenses. For full details, see the Port Chart.
Construction Details
Pressure-tested to 200', the housing is made in the USA from white polycarbonate with a clear back to allow you to monitor the O-ring seal and maintain a full view of the camera. Close two locking snaps on the sides to see the O-ring form a watertight seal. A spare port allows the installation of an optional vacuum pump for verifying seal integrity.
Controls and Handling
A trigger-style shutter control lever, soft-touch knobs, and hard-anodized aluminum buttons provide control for all camera functions. The camera's LCD screen can be tilted before loading for easier viewing underwater, and the Supereye Viewfinder provides an enhanced view of the camera's optical viewfinder. Optional Straight or 45° Magnified Optical Viewfinders enhance your view while eliminating vignetting. Two 1/4"-20 threaded mounting points are included on the bottom of the housing for the attachment of a tray and handle grips.
Lens Port System
The housing ships without a required lens port, and accepts a series of interchangeable ports for a variety of zoom, macro, and wide-angle lenses; for details, see the Port Chart link above. Attaching/changing ports is easy—just press on and tighten three thumbscrews.
Optional Strobe Connection
Add the optional B1A Bulkhead #46002 and Canon C1 Hotshoe (Manual) #46071 to use external strobes. For TTL operation, add the optional DL5 DS Link Canon TTL Converter B1A Bulkhead and CT1 TTL Hotshoe Kit #46076 and a compatible Ikelite DS strobe. (The camera's built-in flash cannot be used with this housing.)
