The lightweight aluminum HawkLock Quick Release Camera Cage from SmallRig provides accessory mounting and protection for your Canon EOS R6 Mark II camera. This formfitting cage maintains access to the camera's controls, battery, and SD card slot, and it features a variety of mounting options. The cage features an integrated HawkLock H38 Arca-type base for easy mounting onto a variety of compatible tripods.
The camera mounts onto the cage using a single 1/4"-20 screw, and there are side locks on each side and a silicone pad on the base to prevent the camera from twisting or scratching. In addition to multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads, the cage features several ARRI-style locating holes to prevent accessories from twisting when mounted on the cage.
Each side features integrated HawkLock NATO rails, and there is a HawkLock H18 shoe mount on top for additional accessories. Integrated strap slots allow you to add a separately available neck or wrist strap. A wrench for securing the camera screw is stored on the bottom of the cage.
